MARU$YA KAZAKOVA aka BAБАЯGA [Baba Jahga] is a Multidisciplinary Artist, $haman and Couturier, whose work merges Performative, Fashion, Visual, Mystical, and Healing arts.
Artist carries $lavic - $iberian Roots. Being born in $oviet Union, Marusya moved across the Globe to pursue Fashion Design education. From Academ Gorodok of $iberia to Moscow, to London and finally to New York, where she resides for the past 12 years.
As a result of her Fashion $tudies, Marusya created craftivist project JAHNKOY, which served as a vehicle of Diversity within the Fashion Industry, as well as a powerful tool to bring about the message of Peace, Unity, Culture and Togetherness. JAHNKOY has been shown globally and has acquired a major attention from the fashion industry, with the support of it's key leaders, such as LVMH Prize (2017) and CFDA (2017-2019). JAHNKOY had a long term collaboration with PUMA (2017-2021) and Marusya was nominated to Forbes "30 under 30" in Art & Style (2018) and Esquire "12 Apostles" in Art Categories (2021).
Following huge success, Marusya faced a very challenging period in her life, which she refers to as "The Dark Night of the Soul". Managed to go through it, the artist was reborn under the new name BAБАЯGA. This was a path on no return, as Marusya claimed who she truly is and stepped onto her destined path - The Path of The $haman. She has recommitted to her Life’s Purpose of Global Cultural Restoration and Healing of Mankind.
In her Intuitive and Healing Practices Marusya serve others on their own transformational journeys of Co-Creation. Being Divinely guided, she assists others to restore balance, peace and the sense of belonging, to reawaken the true nature, magic and presence. Marusya offers $acred $hamanic Circles, Rituals of $lavic Doll Making and $weat Lodges, to reconnect individuals to their innate wisdom, imbedded ancient legacy and to reawaken true and unique $oul imprints.

Marusya's trilogy final show were held at FIT. Theatrical Fashion show has featured Nyc's dancing community, as well as Marusya's solo performance. The show were then repeated at Restoration Plaza for the local community.
